Clinical Interests: Dr. Levine joined the faculty in neurotology and holds a joint appointment in the departments of neurosurgery and pediatrics. In the last 15 years Dr. Levine has been interested in control of vertigo, hearing preservation in acoustic tumors, and restoration of hearing with implantable electronic devices. He is frequently teaching temporal bone surgery at courses throughout the US and is a member of the triologic society and the prestigious otologic society. Office hours at the Fairview University clinic are held on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Research Interests: Dr. Levine won several awards with resident physicians for research in vestibular (balance) physiology. Currently he is working with manufactures developing implantable hearing aids. Research protocols are currently open for patients interested in new and different cochlear implants that are in developmental stages. Dr. Levine has also been interested in the medical treatment of tinnitus.
